近日,中国保监会发布了《关于修改〈保险经纪机构监管规定〉的决定》、《关于修改〈保险专业代理机构监管规定〉的决定》(以下简称两个《决定》),随即又印发了《关于进一步明确保险专业中介机构市场准入有关问题的通知》(以下简称《通知》)。两个《决定》和《通知》是中国保监会进一步落实全国保险监管工作会议精神,理顺保险专业中介机构准入政策、完善保险中介市场准入机制的重要举措。
Recently, the CIRC released the Decision on Amending the Regulation of Insurance Brokerage Institutions and the Decision on Amending the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Insurance Agency Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the two “decisions”). Subsequently, the CIRC released the “ Further clarify the insurance professional intermediary market access issues related notice ”(hereinafter referred to as the“ notice ”). The two “Decisions” and “Notices” are important measures for the CIRC to further implement the spirit of the National Insurance Regulatory Work Conference, rationalize the access policies for insurance professional intermediaries, and improve the market access mechanism for insurance intermediaries.
