有效教学是一个说不完的话题,就我的理解,有效可分解为效率、效果、效益三个方面。从这三个方面去分析,有效教学就可理解为教师在规定的时间内集中精力开发课程资源,取得尽可能好的学习效果,不但能满足暂时的目标,而且有利于学生的长远发展。下面,笔者结合历史教学,从效率、效果、效益三个方面谈谈如何实施有效教学。效率高不高要看教学耗费和实现教学目标的比值。教师的课堂是有定数的,因为教学时间和教学资源基本上是确定的,所以我们必须考虑在规定的时间内充分利用有限的教学资源实现教学目标。如《历史课程标准》规定必修课每个模块为36学时,共108学时,教师在实际教学中就要考虑在
Effective teaching is a talk of endless topics, in my understanding, can effectively be decomposed into three aspects: efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness.
