本刊讯按照兰白科技创新改革试验区建设资金需要,甘肃省充分发挥财政资金对促进创新链和资金链形成的杠杆作用,省级财政一次性出资10亿元,吸引兰州市、白银市和兰州新区财政共同出资20亿元,设立兰白科技创新改革试验区技术创新驱动基金,推动兰白科技创新改革试验区建设,这将成为我省历史上最大的一次科技投入。初步估算,通过兰白试验区技术创新驱动基金的开放运作,财政放大效应将达到130亿元以上,力争到2020年,将兰白科技创新改革试验区建成西部地区经济转型跨越发展新的增长极和推进向西开放的重要战略支撑。
