1988~1989年用黑土和碳酸盐黑钙土进行了单施有机肥、单施化肥和有机无机肥配合施用的盆栽试验。在大豆生育期间人工模拟旱境的条件下测定了与大豆抗旱性有关的大豆叶片细胞膜透性、过氧化氢酶活性和内源激素脱落酸含量。结果表明,在干旱条件下,能减轻旱情,降低大豆植株脱落酸的含量和叶片细胞膜透性,提高叶片过氧化氢酶活性,减少细胞膜损伤,延缓大豆叶片衰老,回归相关测定结果表明,干旱条件下大豆叶片细胞膜透性越小,植株叶片的过氧化氢酶活性越大,二者呈显著的负相关;叶片内源激素脱落酸含量与细胞膜透性呈正相关。
