本案为两厅四房两卫的公寓,公领域空间开放通透,整体呈现L型,视觉上相连相倚,以公领域为空间轴线划分为二,两旁构筑私领域卧房,机能充足,开阖有度。宽阔明亮的公领域利于设计上的灵活安排与运用,又因热情好客的业主喜爱在家里举办聚餐活动,有着需同时于餐厅容纳多人的特殊需求,因此这样的空间就成为设计规划上的优势。因业主特别喜爱美式风格,设计师便以简单利落的线条取代传统花俏线板的设计,勾勒出简约却不失独特性的美式居家氛围。又因业主对于餐厅的需求,餐厅使用长型餐桌搭配银狐大理石台面中岛,提供至少八人以上的就坐
The case is an apartment with two bedrooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The public area is open and transparent.
