[目的]了解深圳市常规医用X射线诊断设备的影像质量状况。[方法]用多功能X射线机检测仪和检测板对医用常规X射线诊断设备的主要指标进行影像质量控制状态检测,数据按相关标准作出评价,并进行统计学分析。[结果]167家单位共364台医用常规X射线诊断设备的影像质量检测合格率为88.74%,其中,普通摄影设备的合格率最低,检测项目中“光野与照射野四边偏离”指标合格率最低。[结论]应加强对医疗机构放射诊断设备影像质量检测和管理,以保护受检者的安全与健康。
[Objective] To understand the image quality status of routine medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Shenzhen. [Methods] With the multi-function X-ray detector and test board, the main indexes of medical routine X-ray diagnostic equipment were tested for the status of image quality control. The data were evaluated according to relevant standards and statistically analyzed. [Results] The qualified rate of image quality test of 364 sets of routine medical X-ray diagnostic equipment was 88.74% in 167 units, of which the pass rate of ordinary photographic equipment was the lowest. The “deviation from light field and exposure field” The lowest rate. [Conclusion] The imaging quality inspection and management of radiological diagnostic equipment in medical institutions should be strengthened to protect the safety and health of the subjects.
