为了能够更好的掌握输气管道的运行情况,预测输气管道可能发生的事故,需要进行输气管道系统的运行可靠性评价。在调研输气干线运行可靠性研究现状的基础上,分析了输气干线运行可靠性研究的难点,提出了概率分析法、热工水力和结构完整性相结合的可靠性分析方法。实践证明,本文提出的可靠性方法可客观反映输气管道系统运行可靠性。总之,影响干线输气管道的运行可靠性的因素众多,干线可靠性评价需要从不同角度进行综合考虑。
In order to better grasp the operation of gas pipelines and predict the possible accidents of gas pipelines, it is necessary to evaluate the operational reliability of gas pipelines. On the basis of investigating the status quo of research on operational reliability of gas transmission lines, the difficulties in the study of operational reliability of gas transmission lines are analyzed. A reliability analysis method based on probabilistic analysis, thermal hydraulic and structural integrity is proposed. Practice has proved that the reliability method proposed in this paper can objectively reflect the operational reliability of gas pipeline system. In short, there are many factors affecting the operation reliability of main gas pipelines, and the reliability evaluation of main lines needs to be comprehensively considered from different perspectives.
