近年来,全球自由贸易区发展势头迅猛,越来越多的国家将其提到与多边贸易同等重要甚至更加优先的地位。胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告有关今后经济发展任务部分提出,要“实施自由贸易区战略”。这一要求结合了目前我国拓展对外开放的广度和深度,是提高开放型经济水平的现实需要,突出了自贸区战略的重要性。
In recent years, the global free trade area has enjoyed a rapid development momentum. More and more countries mentioned it as equally important or even more preemptive as multilateral trade. General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward at the report of the 17th National Congress on the task of economic development in the future that it is necessary to “implement the strategy of a free trade zone.” This requirement, combined with the current breadth and depth of opening up to the outside world of our country, is a realistic need to raise the level of an open economy and highlights the importance of the strategy of a free trade zone.
