印尼Z油田主要储层为Talang Ankar砂岩组,大部分生产井在进入油田开发中后期含水高甚至超高阶段之后,地层容易结垢,造成油井堵塞,产量下降。通过结合井史资料及多轮次室内研究和垢样分析,确定出适用于本区块的主体液体处理液体系——无酸除垢体系。在本区块多达33口井次进行了现场施工,通过施工前后的产量信息对比,总结出来了处理该区块结垢问题的最佳方案。
The main reservoirs in the Z oil field in Indonesia are the Talang Ankar sandstone group. Most of the production wells are prone to fouling after entering the high and even high water level in the middle and late stages of oilfield development. As a result, the oil wells become clogged and the output declines. By combining well history data with multiple rounds of indoor studies and scale sample analysis, the main liquid treatment liquid system - acid-free descaling system applicable to this block is determined. In this block up to 33 well-site construction conducted on-site, through the comparison of yield information before and after the construction, summed up the best solution to the scale fouling problems in the block.
