本文讨论了肾移植术后病人服用别嘌醇对血尿酸水平的影响。对来自６５位病人的２８９份血尿酸值用统计学ｔ检验和线性回归分析显著性检验进行分组处理。结果表明：无论肾功能正常还是异常，服别嘌醇后血尿酸水平均有明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；下降率分别为１７％（肾功能正常组）和２７％（肾功能异常组）；在肾功能异常组血肌酐和血尿酸间有显著的线性关系（Ｐ＜０．０１），相关系数分别为０．９０（给药组）和０．８２（未给药组）；而肾功能正常时则未发现它们之间的线性关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
This article discusses the effects of allopurinol on serum uric acid levels after renal transplantation. 289 serum uric acid values from 65 patients were grouped using a statistical t-test and a linear regression analysis of significance tests. The results showed that serum and uric acid levels were significantly decreased after allopurinol treatment (P <0.01), no matter whether the renal function was normal or abnormal. The decreasing rates were 17% (normal renal function group) and 27% (renal dysfunction group ); There was a significant linear relationship between serum creatinine and serum uric acid in patients with abnormal renal function (P <0.01), the correlation coefficients were 0.90 (administered group) and 0.82 (untreated group), respectively; When the renal function was normal, no linear relationship was found between them (P> 0.05).
