推进高职院校文化建设是深化高职教育模式改革、增进高职内涵建设、提升人才培养质量的必然要求和本质目标。基于高职教育的办学新特征,应加强多元文化整合,加强教学过程的要素文化整合效能,建构、创新和丰富文化生态环境,形成深具特色的高职文化,以提升高职教育质量。
Promoting the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement and essential goal of deepening the reform of higher vocational education mode, enhancing the connotation construction of higher vocational education, and enhancing the quality of personnel training. Based on the new characteristics of higher vocational education, we should strengthen the integration of multiculturalism, strengthen the integration of elements and culture of teaching process, construct, innovate and enrich the cultural environment, and form a distinctive vocational culture to enhance the quality of higher vocational education.
