国家经贸委贸易市场局最新调查结果显示,目前在中国内地营业面积8O00平方米以上的大型超市中,外商投资企业的比重已达到近1/4。今年上半年新批的8家外资零售企业中,有4家名列全球5O0强。此外,西班牙和德国的连锁公司也有进军北京的计划。而7—11等外资便利店今年己经拿到了内地开设30O家便利店的经营牌照。家乐福、欧尚、吉之岛、百安居等在中国加入世贸前就进入了中国市场,经过几年的努力己经在东部地区站稳脚跟,呈现出快速向中西部市场进军的态势。目前,这些外资零售巨头已完成在中国的战略部署,明后两年将进入全面实施阶段,与国内零售企业的市场争夺战很快将爆发。
The latest findings of the Trade Market Bureau of the State Economic and Trade Commission show that the proportion of foreign-invested enterprises in the large-scale supermarkets currently operating in the mainland of China over 8,000 square meters has reached nearly one quarter. Of the eight newly approved retail foreign-invested enterprises in the first half of this year, four are among the top 50 in the world. In addition, the Spanish and German chains also have plans to enter Beijing. Foreign-funded convenience stores such as 7-11 have already obtained the operation licenses for opening 30O convenience stores in the Mainland this year. Carrefour, Auchan, Jusco and B & Q have entered the Chinese market before China’s accession to the WTO. After years of hard work, they have gained a foothold in the eastern region and have shown a trend of marching toward the mid-west market. Currently, these foreign retail giants have completed their strategic deployment in China and will enter full implementation in the next two years. The market battle with domestic retail enterprises will soon start to erupt.
