为适应铁路快速发展的需要,实现客车生产、经营、技术管理科学化、信息化,本系统总体设计思想是以电子动态编组板为基本界面,以客车为最小独立单位,以车次为相对独立单位,通过计算机局域网,以客车、车次为纽带建立数据库,将调度室、库检车间、乘务车间、动力车间、上部车间、车电车间的业务有机联系起来,实现在电子动态编组板上显示、录入、查询、报警、统计、分析、打印等功能。该系统具有界面友好,操作简单,程序优化,功能强大等特点,先后在12个车辆段获得成功应用。
