消溃散系我省已故名医胡少五老师创制的一个方剂。我在老师晚年,得其真传,经过长期临床实践观察疗效显著,患者反映较好,现总结报导如下。一、方剂组成及功效本方由瓦楞子(火烧醋淬)100克、乌贼骨100克、乳香40克、没药40克、浙贝母30克、姜炭30克、白芨50克、砂仁30克、鸡内金50克、檀香30克、元胡40克、甘草30克混合拌匀,共碾为细末配制而成。具有制酸镇痛,止血健胃的功效。临床适用于胃溃疡、十二指肠球部溃疡,慢性胃炎偏于胃酸过多者。服法:每日3次,每次2-3克,空腹服。1个月1疗程,1月后临床症状减轻,但未消失者,休息1周,可继续服用第2、第3疗程。
