International Standardization Technical Committee 164 (ISO / TC164) “Metal Mechanical Properties Test” Second Technical Committee (SC2) “Metal Ductility Test” and Fifth Technical Committee (SC5) “fatigue test” in June 1981 22 Day to the 26th in Gothenburg, Czech Republic held a meeting.
