人芽囊原虫(Blastocystis hominis)引起腹泻国内尚未见报道,但国外对该原虫感染而引起临床症状的报道日益增多。为了探讨人芽囊原虫致病情况,1990年7～8月份在焦作地区收集居民粪便383份,查出单纯人芽囊原虫感染者34例,其中有临床症状者19例(55.88％)。引起腹泻等症状较重者二例,现报告如下。病历资料例1、女,13岁,学生。患者入夏以来反复出现腹泻、腹痛、厌食、乏力。每日排便2～4次,大便色黄、稀薄、偶有水样泻。病人面黄,嘴唇苍白,营养状况
Diarrhea caused by Blastocystis hominis has not been reported yet in China. However, there are more reports of clinical symptoms caused by this protozoa in foreign countries. In order to investigate the pathogenicity of Blastocystis protozoan, 383 samples of feces from residents were collected in Jiaozuo from July to August in 1990, of which 34 cases were identified as simple infection of Blastocystis, among which 19 cases (55.88%) had clinical symptoms. Two cases of severe diarrhea and other symptoms, are as follows. Case history data 1, female, 13 years old, student.
