中小企业的发展是振兴吉林省经济的关键,知识产权在推动中小企业发展,提高企业竞争力中起到重要作用,完善知识产权保护保护制度对吉林省进一步发展至关重要。本文通过识别吉林省中小企业知识产权保护中存在的问题,探析问题形成的原因,从而提出完善吉林省中小企业知识产权保护制度的建议。
The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the key to rejuvenating the economy of Jilin Province. Intellectual property rights play an important role in promoting the development of SMEs and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Improving the system of protection and protection of intellectual property rights is of crucial importance to the further development of Jilin Province. This article identifies the problems existing in the protection of intellectual property of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province, and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problems so as to put forward suggestions on how to perfect the system of intellectual property protection for small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province.
