目的:探析团队建设在社区卫生服务工作中的实践方法。方法:选择2013年12月—2015年12月上钢社区卫生服务中心济阳全科团队为研究对象,就团队构架、工作流程、工作任务以及管理方法等方面分析社区卫生服务工作中的团队建设,并评估重点团队建设结果。结果:社区卫生服务工作中团队建设,团队模式建设较为完善,且联系紧密,组长由副主任医师担当,组成员如下:2名全科主治医师、1名中医医师、2名公卫医师,2名护士。年接待社区门诊量和社区居民签约率等位居上钢社区卫生服务中心6个全科团队的首位。结论:团队建设在社区卫生服务工作实践中的应用,既能够有效提高团队成员的工作效率,又能够减轻医务人员的工作量,保障社区居民的生命安全。“,”Objective:To explore team building practices in community health service work. Results: the community health service work in team building, team model construction is relatively perfect, and closely linked, the group leader of doctor of vice director of the bear, group membership is as follows: 1 case of general physician who, 1 case of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, 2 cases were physicians, nurses in 2 cases. Reception MenZhenLiang 46860 person-time, in which 612 cases of traditional Chinese medicine, community residents signing rate was 40.2%, the referral rate is only 3.9%, to regional community hospital in the first place. Have a good relationship with the communities near the community hospital, and to give up, yixian, exploits building build green services such as channel and health care. Conclusion: team building in the application of community health service practice, both can effectively improve the working efficiency of the team members, and can reduce the workload of medical staff, ensure the life safety of the community residents.
