1998年9月23日,湖北省各地、市、州、直管市、神农架林区党委分管秘书长、办公室主任和具体负责征订工作的同志,相聚在鄂州市举行一年一度的中办《秘书工作》湖北通联站年会,共商1999年《秘书工作》征订大计。这次年会的主题是:交流各地、市、州征订工作经验,表彰奖励先进单位和个人,布置明年的工作任务。重点是分析明年征订工作面临的形势和困难,研究如何战胜困难,使征订数稳定增长的对策。与会秘书长、办公室主任纷纷表示,要提高认识,增强信心、改进工作,共同努力,更出色地做好工作。
