介绍了粉末冶金软磁材料在制造XC型仪表零件中的应用及其技术经济效果。采用动压、氢气保护烧结、复压工艺,其密度≥7g/cm~3,所制零件完全满足产品装配要求。其经济效果显著,以年产8万台计算,与用DT4纯铁棒加工(材料利用率40%)相比,全年可节约原材料费6万元,节约加工费12万元。粉末冶金软磁材料完全可以在仪表零件制造中推广应用。
