随着社会的进步,国民法制意识普遍提高、人权保障观念逐步增强,刑事强制措施在司法实践中暴露出的问题引起了社会各界越来越多的关注。职务犯罪与社会民生息息相关,长期以来一直是社会民众关注的焦点。因此,笔者认为职务犯罪侦查中刑事强制措施的适用是一个值得探讨的问题:通过反思检察机关自侦案件刑事强制措施适用的现状———探求刑事强制措施适用的未来趋势———以期在今后的侦查实践中贯彻宽严相济的刑事司法政策。
With the progress of the society, the general awareness of the national legal system has been raised and the concept of safeguarding human rights has been gradually strengthened. The problems exposed by criminal coercive measures in judicial practice have drawn more and more attention from all sectors of society. Job-related crime and social life are closely related, for a long time has been the focus of public attention. Therefore, I believe that the application of criminal coercive measures in the investigation of job-related crimes is a problem worth exploring: By examining the status quo of the application of criminal coercive measures by procuratorial agencies in self-investigation cases --- exploring the future trend of criminal coercive measures --- in the future The implementation of criminal justice policy of temper justice and strictness.
