介绍了排风柜差异性系数和使用系数的定义。以某有机化学研究所实验室为例,通过实地调查统计,得到实验室排风柜的差异性系数和使用系数。比较分析了定风量和变风量实验室排风系统的风机能耗,发现考虑差异性系数和使用系数的排风柜变风量系统与定风量系统相比,节能率相当可观。建议改进实验人员的工作习惯及采用变风量排风系统。
The definition of the difference coefficient and the coefficient of use of the exhaust hood are introduced. Taking a laboratory of an organic chemistry institute as an example, through the field survey and statistics, the difference coefficient and the coefficient of use of the laboratory fume hood are obtained. The energy consumption of fan in constant temperature and variable air volume laboratory exhaust system is compared and analyzed. Compared with fixed air volume system, it is found that the energy saving rate of exhaust fan with variable coefficient and coefficient of use is considerable. It is suggested to improve the work habits of experimenters and to adopt a variable air volume exhaust system.
