近年来就业困难问题日益成为学校及全社会所关注的热点问题,而高职院校在激烈的就业市场竞争中面临的困难和挑战也逐年增加。职业生涯规划教育是学校解决学生就业困难的有效的措施之一,因此如何提高职业规划教育显得非常重要。本文在已有研究成果的基础上结合作者实际经验,分析现在高职院校职业生涯规划教育主要存在的问题,尝试对如何提高高职院校职业生涯规划教育提出建议。
In recent years, the problem of employment difficulties has increasingly become a hot issue for schools and the whole society, while the difficulties and challenges that higher vocational colleges face in the fierce competition in the employment market have also been increasing year by year. Career planning education is one of the effective measures to solve the employment difficulties of students in schools. Therefore, how to improve the career planning education is very important. Based on the existing research results and the actual experience of the author, this article analyzes the main problems existing in career planning education in higher vocational colleges nowadays and tries to make some suggestions on how to improve career planning education in higher vocational colleges.
