建筑企业的固定资产主要指的是超过一年使用期限的基础设施设备等。由于建筑企业具有较强的流动性等特点,导致企业在进行固定资产管理时会存在诸多的困难和限制,容易造成一些问题和不足,影响到企业经营管理和发展。因此,加强建筑企业固定资产管理工作尤为重要。本文就当前我国建筑企业固定资产管理工作的现状进行简要分析,并就如何进一步改进和提高固定资产管理工作的效果和水平提出自己的建议和看法。
The fixed assets of a construction enterprise mainly refer to the infrastructure equipment that has a useful life of more than one year. As construction enterprises have strong liquidity and other characteristics, leading enterprises in the management of fixed assets there will be many difficulties and limitations, easily lead to some problems and deficiencies, affecting the business management and development. Therefore, strengthening the construction enterprise fixed assets management is particularly important. This article briefly analyzes the status quo of the fixed asset management in China’s construction enterprises and puts forward my own suggestions and opinions on how to further improve and enhance the effectiveness and level of the fixed asset management.
