高度重视并切实作好企业思想政治工作,是企业健康发展的基本前提和重要保证。在当前经济体制改革深入推进和对外开放不断发展的新形势下,寻求思想政治工作的新途径、新方法,是企业面临的一项全新课题。以企业文化建设为切入点和突破口,在营造企业文化氛围、树立企业形象、锤炼企业精神之中贯穿思想政治工作,是加强和改进企业思想政治工作的一条有效途径。一、加强企业文化建设与改进企业思想政治工作相辅相承企业文化是以价值观念为核心的思维、心理和行为方式,是企业两个文明建设的重要内容,它不仅反映了企业的精神面貌,而且有利于振奋斗志,提高劳动生产力和群众素质,具有导向、凝聚、协调、规范、鼓励功能,对发展企业,造福职工有重大作用。企业文化建设的内涵指企业在技术因素之外所独具有的价值体系、行为方式、文化积累、文化传统,包括企业价值观念、企业经营理念、企业精神、企业道德、企业行为规范和思想方法等。思想政治工作是我党的优良传统,它以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导,依照党的纲领和不同阶级政治、经济的中心任务,通过有组织、有意识的教育,灌输马克思主义理论,使党员和广大人民树立科学的世界观和人生观,掌握马克思主义的观点、立场和方法。企业文化与思想政治工作是两个完全不同的概念,它们有着本质的区别,不能混为一谈。
