目的：回顾性分析后巩膜增强术在眼球钝挫伤后黄斑出血的治疗价值。方法：对10例钝挫伤黄斑出血经用复方丹参注射液静滴一段时期后视力不提高、积血吸收困难者行后巩膜加强术。结果：随访6－18月，9例视力提高，1例视力无变化，10例黄斑积血消失。结论：后巩膜加强术对挫伤性黄斑出血吸收困难者可考虑应用。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic value of posterior scleral reinforcement in macular hemorrhage after blunt traumatic eyeball. Methods: 10 cases of blunt traumatic macular hemorrhage by compound Danshen injection after a period of time did not improve visual acuity, hematoma absorption difficulties were scleral reinforcement surgery. Results: Followed up from 6 to 18 months, 9 cases of visual acuity increased, 1 case no change in visual acuity, 10 cases of macular hemorrhage disappeared. Conclusion: Post Scleral Reinforcement of contusion macular hemorrhage can be considered for absorption.
