高校二级单位是培育人才、科学研究、服务学生的基本单位,也是高校推进基本教学和各种文化活动的根本和基石。在新形势下,贯彻落实高校二级单位党风廉政建设责任制,对高校廉政文化建设、党员干部队伍建设、人才培养和教学机制的稳定运行具有重要意义。而要开展党风廉政建设,就必须领导重视,加强宣传,明确、细化责任,建立量化考评体系,加强监督、完善制度,严格责任追究。
The second-level units in colleges and universities are the basic units that nurture talents, scientific research and serve students. They are also the foundation and cornerstone for colleges and universities in promoting basic teaching and various cultural activities. Under the new situation, implementing the responsibility system for improving Party style and building a clean government in the second-level units of higher education institutions is of great significance to the construction of a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities, the contingent building of party members and cadres, the cultivation of qualified personnel and the stable operation of teaching mechanisms. To carry out the work of building a clean government and party conduct, we must take the leadership seriously, strengthen publicity, clarify and refine responsibilities, establish a quantitative evaluation system, and strengthen supervision and perfection of systems and strict accountability.
