PAX8是一个配对盒基因,在甲状腺,苗勒管、肾/上泌尿道胚胎发育过程中起着重要的作用,并且表达于上述部位的肿瘤。作者采用免疫组化分析了1 357例(大块组织486例和组织芯片871例)来自各种器官的上皮性肿瘤中PAX8表达。
PAX8 is a paired box gene that plays an important role in thyroid, Mullerian, and renal / upper urinary tract embryonic development and is expressed in the above-mentioned tumors. The authors used immunohistochemistry to analyze PAX8 expression in 1 357 cases (486 cases of chunks and 871 cases of tissue chips) epithelial tumors from various organs.
