采用浸渍法,以活性炭负载H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)和硝酸镧,制得H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)-La_2O_3/O催化剂。以甲醇制二甲醚为探索反应,考察了浸渍溶液的浓度、浸渍时间、反应温度、进样量等因素对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明:常压下反应温度280℃,进样量0.5ml/h。浸渍溶液的浓度为16%,浸渍时间12h时催化活性最佳。以最佳条件进行实验,甲醇的转化率可达76.45%,而甲醚的选择性可达99.99%。
The H_4SiW_ (12) O_ (40) -La_2O_3 / O catalyst was prepared by impregnation method using activated carbon supported H_4SiW_ (12) O_ (40) and lanthanum nitrate. The reaction of dimethyl ether with methanol was investigated. The effects of impregnation solution concentration, impregnation time, reaction temperature and injection volume on the catalyst activity were investigated. The results showed that the reaction temperature was 280 ℃ under normal pressure and the injection volume was 0.5ml / h. The impregnation solution concentration of 16%, dipping time 12h best catalytic activity. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion of methanol reached 76.45%, while that of methyl ether reached 99.99%.
