临汾市豁口煤矿是一个地方国有煤炭生产企业。该矿自成立以来，矿党支部始终坚持把宣传安全生产放在一切工作的首位，充分发挥党组织在企业中的核心主导作用，发扬“爱矿、勤奋、求实、创新”的企业精神，坚持推行群防群治和“以人为本”的综合治理，使矿井实现了连续安全生产20余年，累计产煤330万吨无重大伤亡事故，创造和继续保持了全国同行业安全生产先进水平。先后被授予“全国五一劳动奖状”、“全国安全生产先进单位”、煤炭部“安全生产典范”、“质量标准化矿井”、“山西省长周期无事故矿井”、中华全国总工作2004年”安康怀竞赛优胜企业”等光荣称号。
