20 0 2年财政部等五部委联合发布了《企业效绩评价操作细则 (修订 )》 ,本文就新《细则》与旧《细则》做一对比 ,并阐述了新《细则》的变化。
In 2005, the five ministries including the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the “Detailed Rules for the Performance Evaluation of Enterprises (Revised)”. In this paper, a comparison is made between the new “Rules” and the old “Rules” and the changes of the new “Rules” are expounded.
