目的:建立养血解郁汤的质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定养血解郁汤中芍药苷和黄芪甲苷的含量,薄层色谱法鉴别甘草和当归。结果:芍药苷在1.248~6.24μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率为96.96%(n=6),RSD3.19%;黄芪甲苷在0.503~4.024μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9996),加样回收率为98.35%(n=6),RSD2.54%;养血解郁汤在甘草和当归对照药材薄层色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:所用方法操作简便,可靠,专属性强,重现性好;可作为养血解郁汤的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a quality control method of nourishing blood and relieving. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin and astragaloside IV in Yangxue Jieyu Decoction were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the licorice and Angelica sinensis were identified by TLC. Results: Paeoniflorin showed a linear relationship (r = 0.9998) in the range of 1.248 ~ 6.24μg with the recovery of 96.96% (n = 6) and RSD of 3.19%. Astragaloside was linear in the range of 0.503 ~ 4.024μg (R = 0.9996), the recoveries were 98.35% (n = 6) and RSDs (2.54%), and the corresponding spots of the same color were found on the corresponding sites of TLC in Glycyrrhiza glabra and Angelica sinensis . Conclusion: The method used is simple, reliable, specific and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Yangxue Jieyu decoction.
