研究了定中心距、定啮合角变速比齿轮的啮合原理 .采用法向映射模型 ,将瞬心线、共轭曲线与啮合点联系起来讨论 ,直接从啮合定律出发 ,借鉴相伴曲线方法的思路 ,可以在已知运动规律及法向映射坐标条件下 ,决定一对共轭曲线 ,并绕过共轭曲线方程 ,直接获得其渐屈线
The principle of gear meshing between fixed center and fixed engagement angle was studied.Using the normal mapping model, the instantaneous center line and the conjugate curve were discussed in connection with the meshing point. Starting from the law of meshing and using the concomitant curve method, Under the known laws of motion and normal mapping coordinates, a pair of conjugate curves can be determined and the equation of conjugate curves can be bypassed to directly obtain the evolvement curve
