为了研制高效煤矿降尘湿润剂,采用煤尘沉降法研究煤尘润湿性能并设计了湿润剂复配优选方案。利用自行搭建的喷雾降尘实验平台测定优选出的复配湿润剂对3种疏水性煤尘的降尘效率。研究表明湿润剂溶液对不同煤样的润湿性不会发生根本性改变;阴离子和非离子型湿润剂的润湿性能优于阳离子和两性离子型湿润剂;合适的湿润剂以一定比例复配可以达到最佳润湿效果。
In order to develop a high efficiency coal mine dust humectant, the coal dust settling method was used to study the wetting properties of coal dust and the optimal solution of humectant compounding was designed. The dust-reducing efficiency of the three kinds of hydrophobic coal dusts was determined by using the self-built spray dust experiment platform.
