随着我国市场经济的发展,节能环保行业在我国国民经济中的可持续发展作用逐渐凸显出来。在目前人们环保意识逐渐提升的大环境下,环保企业一方面能够获得国家相关政策的大力扶持,并迎来诸多发展的机遇;另一方面,环保企业需要面对不断加剧的市场竞争、不断上升的成本等挑战。目前,对于我国中小型环保企业而言,各种财务风险逐渐暴露出来,应对风险的能力也比较弱。因此加强环保企业财务管理不仅能帮助企业加强对风险的防控,还能够进一步实现企业治理结构的升级与优化,避免环保企业在激烈的竞争环境中不会被淘汰,帮助企业进一步发展壮大。本文将就我国中小型环保企业财务管理机制构建中遇到的问题和风险进行剖析,并探寻财务管理机制创新的新途径,以期为促进环保单位的发展奠定基础。
With the development of the market economy in our country, the role of energy saving and environmental protection industry in the sustainable development of our national economy has become increasingly prominent. In the current environment of gradual improvement of people’s environmental awareness, environmental protection enterprises on the one hand to get the support of the relevant state policies and ushered in many opportunities for development; the other hand, environmental protection companies need to face the ever-increasing market competition, rising Cost and other challenges. At present, for the small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises in our country, all kinds of financial risks are gradually exposed, and the ability to deal with risks is relatively weak. Therefore, strengthening the financial management of environmental protection enterprises can not only help enterprises to strengthen risk prevention and control, but also further upgrade and optimize the corporate governance structure so as to prevent environmental protection enterprises from being eliminated in an intense competitive environment and help enterprises to further develop and grow. This article will analyze the problems and risks encountered in the construction of the financial management mechanism of small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises in our country, and explore new ways of innovation of financial management mechanism so as to lay the foundation for the development of environmental protection units.
