病历摘要患者,男,32岁.因左侧肢体运动失灵13个月,复视、语笨10个月于1991年4月16日入院.13个月前无明显诱因出现左侧肢体运动失灵并有麻木感,呈进行性加重.3个月后出现复视及语笨。病后无头痛、恶心及呕吐。大、小便正常,饮水无返呛.就诊某商家医院,分别诊断为:“脑血栓形成”、“脑血管畸形”.并先后3次行头部CT检查(其中两次为增强CT),均未见有异常。对症治疗后未见好转,症状逐渐加重。既往健康,无特殊病史记载。查体:神志清楚,语言稍笨,右眼外展不
