作为一种我国传统性民族体育,武术经过几千年的发展,已经形成一个略显完整的体系。如若在小学开展武术教学,不但可以加速小学生从心理到身体的整体健康发展,还是弘扬继承中华传统武术文化的有效方式之一。因此,在小学武术初始教学过程中,除了要遵循普通教学原则外,还应按照小学生的生理与心理状态不断调整教学内容,进而取得较好的成果。本文从小学生的生理与心理特点方面浅要介绍对于小学武术如何开始零起点教学。
As a kind of traditional national sports in our country, after several thousand years of development, Wushu has formed a slightly complete system. If wushu teaching is conducted in primary schools, it will not only accelerate the overall healthy development of primary school students from psychology to body, but also be one of the effective ways to carry forward the inheritance of Chinese traditional martial arts culture. Therefore, in the initial teaching of Wushu in primary schools, we should not only follow the general teaching principle, but also adjust the teaching content according to the students’ physiological and psychological conditions so as to achieve better results. In this paper, the physiological and psychological characteristics of primary school students to introduce elementary school martial arts how to begin zero-point teaching.
