本文系统地阐述了设计波高的三种通用方法;分析了常用公式H=H_s (1/2 lnN)~(1/2)中N和τHs的合理取值;应用波浪后报的波高资料,进行了全方向和分方向的极值波高统计,提出了在资料足够时(m≥20年),应该采用分方向的极值波高统计以替代惯用的、不分波向而把每年的最大波高取来进行统计计算的全方向极值波高统计,这样得出的设计波高既合理,又安全。最后,文章给出了挪威沿海水域的最劣波向及其相应的设计波高值。
In this paper, three general methods for designing wave height are systematically expounded. The reasonable values of N and τHs in the commonly used formula H = H_s (1/2 lnN) ~ (1/2) are analyzed.
