羧甲基淀粉(AA)接枝丙烯酸(AC)正交优化合成高吸水树脂,并用红外光谱分析该树脂结构。其最优工艺参数为:AA:AC=1:10;交联剂为0.06%(相对AA的wt%);引发剂为0.65%(相对AA的wt%);单体中和度为50%;体系总水量60m L。该条件下得到的树脂产品吸纯水量高达2820 g/g。该高吸水树脂在120min基本达到吸水平衡,可在p H=4~10的范围内和较高温度下使用。
Synthesis of superabsorbent polymer with carboxymethyl starch (AA) grafted acrylic acid (AC) and the structure of the superabsorbent polymer by IR spectroscopy. The optimal process parameters are: AA: AC = 1: 10; Crosslinking agent 0.06% (wt% relative to AA); Initiator 0.65% (wt% relative to AA); Monomer neutralization is 50% ; Total system water 60m L.
