所开发的汽油机缸内直喷燃烧系统基于射流燃烧系统,由燃烧系统、燃油供给系统和相应的电控系统3部分组成。根据喷油器不同布置方案,设计了2种燃烧室。所开发的汽油机缸内直喷燃烧系统的高压供油系统能基本满足系统喷油要求,研制的电控系统基于PC机,可在线调整控制参数和采集数据。通过一台改装的单缸试验机,研究了喷油正时对发动机运转性能的影响。
The developed direct injection combustion engine for gasoline engine is based on jet combustion system and consists of three parts: combustion system, fuel supply system and corresponding electronic control system. According to the different arrangement of injectors, two kinds of combustion chambers are designed. The developed high-pressure fuel supply system of direct injection combustion system of gasoline engine can basically meet the fuel injection requirements of the system. The developed electronic control system is based on a PC and can adjust control parameters and collect data online. Through a modified single cylinder test machine, the effect of fuel injection timing on engine running performance was studied.
