为研究型钢-水泥土组合结构的力学性能,结合实际工程中型钢水泥土搅拌墙工法中型钢不同的布置方式,对4根型钢-水泥土组合梁及2根纯型钢梁进行试验。在保持型钢截面尺寸不变的情况下,对不同截面宽度的试验梁分别采用两点加载和四点加载进行试验,研究型钢-水泥土组合梁的工作性能、破坏模式及组合梁刚度变化规律。试验结果表明:不同加载方式、截面含钢率对组合梁的破坏特征及组合刚度影响较大。根据试验结果,将组合梁的刚度变化划分为两个阶段,并提出了型钢曲服前组合刚度的计算方法,该式可适当考虑水泥土对组合梁刚度及承载力的提高作用。
In order to study the mechanical properties of steel-cement-soil composite structures, four steel-cement-soil composite beams and two pure steel beams were tested with different layouts of medium-sized steel-concrete mixing wall construction method. Under the condition of keeping the section size unchanged, the test beams with different cross-section widths were tested by two-point loading and four-point loading respectively to study the working performance, failure mode and the rigidity variation of the composite beam. The test results show that the failure modes and the combined stiffness of the composite beams are greatly affected by the different loading methods and the steel content in the section. According to the test results, the change of the stiffness of the composite beam is divided into two stages, and the calculation method of the combined stiffness of the former is proposed. The formula can properly consider the effect of cement-soil on the rigidity and bearing capacity of the composite beam.
