一.前言目前生产的摆线针齿行星减速机,系一齿差行星傅动机构,其速比范围为11~87。对速比要求再大的可采取多级组合的减速机。但对要求速比小的,则因齿面胶合失效而不能解决,既使速比为11的减速机,也因齿面胶合而不过关。二齿差摆线针齿行星傅动基本上解决了小速比减速机的齿面胶合问题,并且速比可降至6甚至更小。为小速比摆线齿行星傅动开创了一个前途。
