本组通过108例新生儿脐血其C_3为74.08±19.22(mg％)。IgG 为987.04±280.55(mg％)。IgA 和 IgM 均未测得。C_3和 IgG 值男女性别之间差异不显著。但与胎龄和出生体重有正相关关系,可以考虑作为了解胎儿成熟度和推算胎龄的参考指标。
The group through 108 cases of neonatal cord blood C_3 74.08 ± 19.22 (mg%). IgG was 987.04 ± 280.55 (mg%). Neither IgA nor IgM was measured. There was no significant difference between male and female with C_3 and IgG values. But with a positive correlation with gestational age and birth weight, can be considered as a reference index to understand fetal maturity and gestational age.
