目的:对中药材藿香枝叶中的多糖进行提取,并测试其抗氧化活性,为藿香药材资源的综合利用提供科学依据。方法:采用超声法辅助提取藿香枝叶中的多糖,设计L9(34)正交试验考察料液比、pH和超声提取时间对藿香枝叶中多糖提取的影响,确定其多糖的最佳提取工艺,并对藿香多糖进行清除·OH试验。结果:藿香多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10、超声提取30 min、pH为6,可使藿香多糖的提取率高达7.50%,藿香多糖对Fenton反应产生的·OH有明显的清除作用。结论:藿香多糖具有抗氧化活性,可从藿香枝叶中提取多糖,其多糖有开发价值。
OBJECTIVE: To extract the polysaccharides from the roots and leaves of Chinese traditional medicine Agastache rugosa and to test its antioxidative activity to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of Agastache rugosa herbs.
