随着晋华宫矿最近几年来大采高工作面的不断开发,综采综掘设备越来越趋于新型大功率、大采高、智能化。在井下有限的条件下搬运特大、特重型设备将成为煤矿企业面临的一个共同难题。针对新型大采高液压支架ZZ13000/28/60在井下搬运过程中出现的诸多现场问题,进行分析研究,总结出一整套整体快速搬运重型液压支架的搬运方法。有效地解决了在普通条件下特大型设备的搬家难题。
With the continuous development of the large mining face in Jinhua Gong Mine in recent years, the fully mechanized mining equipment has become more and more popular with the new high-power, big mining and intelligent. It is a common problem for coal mining enterprises to handle large and extra heavy equipment under limited underground conditions.
