随着经济的发展,经济环境也变得越来越复杂。我国在实施改革开放政策以后,各个企业的内部组织结构都出现了变动,以便于符合企业再造论的要求。所谓的企业再造论,指的是企业在经济发展的过程中对于自身的组织结构进行重组,以便于更加符合当代的经济发展需求。文章主要研究了在企业再造论的影响下,国有企业对于组织结构所做出的变革。笔者从组织结构的概述角度出发,深入分析了国有企业组织结构的发展历程,并给出了国有企业变革组织结构的具体措施。
With the economic development, the economic environment has become more and more complicated. After China implemented the reform and opening-up policy, the internal organizational structure of various companies has changed to facilitate compliance with the requirements of reengineering. The so-called corporate reengineering theory refers to the restructuring of the company’s own organizational structure in the process of economic development so as to be more in line with contemporary economic development needs. The article mainly studied the changes made by state-owned enterprises to the organizational structure under the influence of corporate reengineering. From the perspective of an overview of the organizational structure, the author in-depth analysis of the development process of the state-owned enterprise organizational structure, and gave specific measures to change the organizational structure of state-owned enterprises.
