本文以频率特性实验数据为基础,介绍了借助微型电子计算机辨识电液伺服阀(动圈式和喷嘴挡板式)传递函数的方法,此法与解析法数学模型配合,作为分析、设计电液伺服系统的工具.为验证微机辨识出的数学模型的准确性,本文采用了两种方法:(1)由辨识出的传递函数绘成的波德图与由实测数据所作波德图的对比;(2)辨识出的模型与理论模型的对比.
In this paper, based on the experimental data of frequency characteristics, a method of identifying the transfer function of electro-hydraulic servo valve (moving coil and nozzle baffle) by using a microcomputer is introduced. This method is combined with analytical mathematical model to analyze and design electro-hydraulic In order to verify the accuracy of the mathematical model identified by the microcomputer, two methods are adopted in this paper: (1) the comparison between the Bode plots made by the identified transfer function and the Bode plots made by the measured data; (2) Comparison between the identified model and the theoretical model.
