山东省聊城市消防支队在全市工商、金融、商贸、卫生、通讯、石化等系统聘请了58名消防工作监督员,他们将对消防执法人员是否秉公执法,是否履行自身职责等方面进行监督。近年来,聊城市消防支队按照最大限度地增强全社会防控火灾能力、最大限度地减少火灾隐患和火灾危害的总要求,加大消防执法力度,深入开展火灾隐患普查整治工作,取得了显著成效。2006年,全市共检查单位3728家,督促整改火灾隐患8854处,全市消防安全环境得到明显改善,此次聘请的58名消防工作监督员将担负起监督社会消
