光线疗法(光疗)用于新生儿高间接胆红素血症(高间胆)的治疗已日益广泛,对于光疗是否导致DNA损伤从而产生远期的不良影响,国外意见不一,国内尚未见报告。本课题采用检测DNA损伤的敏感方法——姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)试验,检查了67例高间胆患儿的外周血淋巴细胞,其中非光疗组18例,光疗12~<24小时组19例,24~<36小时组15例,36~48小时组15例。发现光疗36~48小时的15例,其SCE率(次/细胞)光疗前是6.1±0.4,光疗后是7.5±0.6,两者之间差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。其余各组光疗和/或治疗后SCE率的增高无显著意义(P>0.05)。提示较长时间的光疗会损伤DNA,有可能产生远期的副作用。建议适当掌握光疗指征及照射时间,并进一步深入研究光疗的远期影响。
Light therapy (phototherapy) for the treatment of neonatal indirect hyperbilirubinemia (dilated) has become increasingly widespread. There is still no consensus on whether there is a long-term adverse effect of phototherapy on DNA damage. . In this study, peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected in 67 children with hyperbilirubinemia, including 18 cases in non-phototherapy group and 12 to 24 hours in phototherapy group, which is a sensitive method to detect DNA damage-Sister Chromatid Exchange (SCE) 19 cases, 24 ~ <36 hours in 15 cases, 36 ~ 48 hours in 15 cases. The results showed that the SCE rate was 6.1 ± 0.4 before phototherapy and 7.5 ± 0.6 after phototherapy. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the other groups in the increase of SCE rate after phototherapy and / or treatment (P> 0.05). Tips for a longer period of phototherapy will damage DNA, may have long-term side effects. It is advisable to properly grasp the indications and exposure time of phototherapy and to further study the long-term impact of phototherapy.
