1 病例介绍患者,男性,50岁,以咽下梗噎感1月余入院。查体:一般情况佳,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,心肺听诊无明显异常,肝脾肋下未触及,双下肢无水肿。化验检查均正常。胸片及腹腔脏器B超未见异常。上消化道钡餐透视见食管中上段有长约3cm～4cm的粘膜僵硬区,管腔轻度狭窄。内窥镜检:
1 Case presentation The patient, male, 50 years old, admitted to the hospital with a swallowing sensation for more than 1 month. Physical examination: The general situation is good. The superficial lymph nodes are not touched and swollen. There is no obvious abnormality in heart and lung auscultation. The liver and spleen are not touched by the ribs, and the lower extremities are not swollen. Laboratory tests were normal. There was no abnormality in the ultrasound of the chest radiograph and abdominal organs.
